  My dog loves this place! When we go to drop him off, he doesn't even look back once his paws go through the door. He always seems to be happy when we pick him up. It's clean and they offer to wash your dog before you pick them up.

  Love love the staff but Paul the owner is unresponsive, typically not there and when dealing with billing or any other issues he disappears - one would think he would respond to those that are paying his bills by having their dogs at this facility. Not sure what is going on but he needs to pay his someone on his staff a manager salary since they seem be holding this place together. Been going downhill the past year... I get nervous when any one of staff quits. A manager would allow them to actually run the place to ensure dogs are safe, the place is clean and billing issues are resolved. Not sure how much longer I will be going to this place.
  
  Well I did move on Dec 2014 after asking the staff about numerous issues. The final straw was when my dogs shots needed updating after a year and one asks me for my new records. Not even when I told them my dogs shots were overdue. Hate to have my dog get bordatella or worse as no one at this facility thinks this is one of the requirements for bringing your dog here? Kind of basic. Got sick of the billing system and all the errors. Love the staff but they have been provided terrible tools and protocols to take care of our beloved pets by the owner. Yes my dog loved the place since the staff were so friendly to her and took care to really get to know my dog but there was too much going on as the dog's owner that I did not trust any longer.

  I wouldn't let anyone else take care of our dog. Paul and his staff really care and love what they do. Cageless boarding and lots of attention, our dog always comes home happy and gets excited whenever we cross the bridge because it's the way to The Cove!

  I have been taking my dogs to Canine Cove for years and would never leave them anywhere else. Paul and the staff are truly caring and loving. My dogs love going to the cove and I know they are well cared for. I am able to communicate easily with the staff and Paul and get updates about our dogs when there are staying at the cove when we are out of town. Love this place.
